Orthopedic Aftercare is for anyone recovering from joint replacement, ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, spinal surgery, fracture fixation, or any other orthopedic procedure. Early intervention leads to faster, more complete recovery.

What to Expect

Your first session begins with a thorough assessment of your history, goals, and current concerns. Your therapist will then design a personalized treatment plan and walk you through each step. Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes.
