Everything you need to know before your first visit — and beyond.
No referral is required for most of our services. You can book directly through our online scheduling system at any time. If your insurance requires a referral for coverage, we recommend checking with your provider beforehand — but a referral is never required to begin care with us.
Your first session is a comprehensive evaluation. Your therapist will take a detailed health history, discuss your goals, and conduct a physical assessment. From there, they'll design a personalized treatment plan. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any necessary intake paperwork. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows access to the area being treated.
Yes, we accept many major insurance plans. We also offer self-pay rates and payment plans for those without coverage. Visit our Insurance & Pricing page for a full list of accepted providers, or contact our office to verify your specific benefits before your first appointment.
Initial evaluations are typically 60–75 minutes. Follow-up treatment sessions are generally 45–60 minutes depending on the service. Hydration therapy infusions can vary from 30 minutes to 90 minutes based on the infusion type selected.
They use similar tools — thin filiform needles — but are based on very different philosophies and training. Acupuncture is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and focuses on energy pathways called meridians. Dry Needling is grounded in Western anatomy, neuroscience, and musculoskeletal research. Our therapists target specific trigger points within muscles to release tension and restore function.
Your comfort is our top priority. Pelvic floor therapy may involve internal assessment, but this is always done with explicit consent, full explanation, and at your pace. Many patients report relief rather than discomfort during treatment. Our pelvic floor specialists are specifically trained to create a safe, respectful, and dignified experience for every patient.
Yes. Many of our services can begin via telehealth, including initial evaluations. Your therapist will guide you through a virtual assessment using visual observation and patient-reported movement. For certain hands-on treatments like dry needling or cupping, an in-person visit will be recommended — but the majority of your care plan can often be managed remotely.
Every patient is different, and we don't believe in one-size-fits-all treatment plans. After your evaluation, your therapist will give you a clear, realistic timeline. Most patients see meaningful improvement within 4–8 sessions. We'll consistently reassess your progress and adjust your plan as needed — and we'll always be transparent about where you are in your recovery.
IV hydration therapy is used for rapid rehydration, immune support, energy restoration, athletic recovery, hangover relief, jet lag, and general wellness optimization. Unlike oral supplements, IV delivery allows 100% absorption directly into the bloodstream. Our licensed nursing staff customizes every infusion to your specific goals and health history.
You can cancel or reschedule through the Jane App patient portal up to 24 hours before your appointment without a fee. Late cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If you have an emergency, please call us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
